Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FinTech Startup

One of our clients which is a fintech start up is looking for canddiates with 4-10 years of experience

Key responsibilities:

- Analysis of business parameters.

- Strong in Budgeting and Variance analysis.

- Regular frame work of MIS including Dashboards ant various frequency.

- Dynamic update with bench marking with industry, Ratio analysis.

- Demonstrating a proven track record and work in a fast paced business finance environment.

- Adapting to change on a regular basis and deliver quick and accurate analysis to executive management.

- Ability to deal with different departments within company.

- Gathering and interpreting complex financial data.

- Collaborating with key parties across the business to incorporate all relevant information into financial analytics to develop executive insights and perspectives, identify business trends, and recommend action plans.

- Developing recommendations and executive reports for management and perform analysis of financial data related to operations, business performance, opportunities, and investments.

- Managing the day to day operations of multiple functional areas and play a vital role in a variety of special finance projects, key analytical areas, and core functions supporting the organization
