Position: Manager/ Senior Manager-Financial Operations Reports to: AVP/VP-Financial Operations Location: Bangalore, India QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :&nbsp; - Post Graduate degree, preferably MBA-Finance with credentials that demonstrate academic excellence. - Minimum 10 years experience (preferably in the service industry), with at least 4 years in the capacity of a Service Delivery Lead - Should have very strong fundamentals and accounting concepts. - Familiarity with at least one ERP/ accounting software. - Should have excellent communications skills and leadership abilities. - Prior experience in an outsourcing company would be an added advantage. - Flexible with the ability to solve problems, to take decisions and to accept responsibility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; - Oversee day-to-day transactions and ensure timely closure - Ensure all attendance related activities are processed and authorized on time - Ensuring that monthly payroll for outsourced associates and internal staff are processed on time - Ensuring that customer invoices are raised and dispatched to customers within TAT - Endure all workflow tickets are closed as per TAT - Support AR initiatives - Have a good understanding of all client contracts &amp; annexures to ensure that client's policies/guidelines are adhered to - Perform monthly review discussions with all Team Leaders - Ensure that all departmental SLAs are met - Coordinate with the corporate finance team to ensure seamless processing of all transactional activities - Ensure all departmental SOPs are documented, reviewed and updated on a real-time basis - Resolve business escalations proactively - Ensure recruitment and succession planning of the FinOps team - Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team - Ensuring quality assurance for all FinOps transactions and reporting
