The candidate shall lead the FDD engagements and shall be part of the TAS team in India. You would be working closely with the leadership on FDD engagements for clients. Key Responsibility Areas : - Managing and participating in due diligence engagements - Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis - Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information - Assisting in identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring or deal termination - Assisting in identifying pre/post-acquisition issues - Helping in preparing reports and schedules - Good understanding of the transaction drivers and overall market including sectorial knowledge In particular, Pharma, Healthcare, Financial services, Consumer Goods and services etc. Desired Skills: - Chartered Accountancy degree with 5-8 years of experience into Financial Due Diligence (FDD). - Strong background of delivering FDD engagements - Strong project management skills including experience of managing end to end FDD process - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills
