Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Compliance - Financial Services - CA

Hiring for the role of Manager/ Senior Manager, who can lead Finance compliance, for one of our leading financial clients, based out of Bangalore.

Key responsibilities:

- To review policies and procedures that will help the company meet its sales and risk management goals.

- Monitoring and evaluating active accounts, Audit remarks to reduce or prevent bad debts

- Closely monitor deviations in the SOPs in the KYC and appraisal process.

- Assess Changes in Largest Exposures

- Assess Credit Information companies ratings for large exposures

- Assess adequacy of loan provisions

- Review if concentrations are within stipulated limits

- Build and ensure risk reports reach all relevant parties

- Identify significant risks, if any with top management

- Ensure all transactions have full and proper documentation

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and Statutory guidelines.

Education and Experience - Inter CA/CA with minimum 5 years of work experience
