Desired Candidate profile

- Qualified CA with SAP knowledge (extremely critical)

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of finance/financial modelling (extremely critical)

- Extremely proficient in MS Excel (extremely critical)

- Preferably worked for a big 4 or with an investment bank or corporate planning department of a credible business group

- Good analytical and communication skills

- Attention to detail with focus on deadlines/timelines

- Sincere and hard working

- Ability to work with people across grades and businesses

Responsibilities:

- Heading the whole business planning and strategy exercise/initiative

- Coordinate due-diligence exercises initiated by investors

- Daily interaction with private equity investors, banks, investment banks and board of directors

- Preparing and Reporting the financial, accounting and business MIS to the top management and investors within ten working days of a month

- Spearheading the whole business planning/projections exercise

- Above MIS will include division wise P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow statement and consolidated as well

- Support statutory and internal audits within the company.
