Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - IT

Job description : The Manager/Sr. Manager, Finance would be responsible to oversee the company's financial health by managing accounting operations in accordance with legal regulations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Analysis of transactional data for identifying important risks and exceptions in the accounting data.

- Prepare daily accounting entries, balance sheet, invoices and record accounts payables & receivables.

- Working collaboratively with various teams and designing accounting processes to improve audit and tax filing efficiency and accuracy.

- Responsible for preparing financial reports, reconcile bank statements.

- Track bank deposits & payments and assist with the budgeting process.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Any degree in Finance or Accounts with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

- Knowledge of accounting rules, laws, concepts and preparation of reconciliations.

- Proficiency in analytical and numerical skills.

- Excellent communication & time management abilities

PREFERRED SKILLS :

- Experience in NetSuite is mandatory.

- Extensive knowledge of tally and Excel required.

- Working knowledge of TDS, GST and compliance related to TDS and GST.

- Tools Required: MS Office, Tally, Netsuite, Quickbooks.
