Manager/Senior Manager - Finance Controller - Global Contact Centre

Incumbent would be required to perform following responsibilities :

Please Note: People with 1-2 months notice period are only eligible and who are based out of Gurgaon, West & South Delhi only.

People with US GAAP + I GAAP experience are required working with global ITES, Contact Centre and Captives

- 10-13 years of exp

- CA/CPA with CS is an added advantage.

- Controllership profile in shared service/BPO setup

- Pilot exp/ Start up exp is preferred

- Person must know - Indian accounting + US accounting

- Must know Taxation, transfer pricing, dealing with Govt authorities

- The person would be grilled on basic accounting entries in interview

- Good executive presence and start up expectation setting needs to be done.

Key Skills and Experience :

- Nearly 10+ years of experience working in a US MNC in the accounting function

- Strong accounting skills

- Exceptional communication skills - presentation, oral and written

- Must have experience in building teams from ground zero

- Ability to manage local and global stakeholders both internal and external to the organization

- Comfortable in working in an unstructured environment however passionate to make it structured

- Strong in building and managing governance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the entire accounting.

- Manage the Accounting closing processes.

- Manage the relationship and service delivery with service provider

- Build and manage the entire reporting, dashboards for the accounting business

- Build the accounting practise - Talent growth, development and entire service delivery in a strong governed environment.

- Work with bankers, regulatory agencies, auditors, internal and external stakeholders in the due course of business
