Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Control/Audit - Mutual Fund Industry

Position - Manager/Senior Manager Finance & Control

- Coordination with statutory/ internal/ CAG auditors to ensure smooth completion of audit process

- Ensuring correct & proper recording of transactions in books of accounts

- Assisting in yearly/monthly closing of accounts.

- Assisting in preparation of TDS/GST/income tax returns and assessment proceedings.

- Generation of finance related MIS as and when required.

- Assisting the Finance Head, in the fund management, cash flow, tax management, budget and financial control/reporting.

Knowledge & Skills required are as follows :

- Knowledge of general accounting practices being followed in India, Income tax, GST.

- Good communication Skills,

- Ability to learn Accounting software packages

- Management skill, Team work

- Experience of working in Mutual Fund Industry
