Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager - Finance

Reporting to :CFO

Job Location: Mumbai

Education: Chartered Accountant and/or Cost Accountant

Experience: 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in financial sector

Position Purpose:

Responsible for the financial accounting, reporting, analysis and interpretation of information to enable the business units to accomplish their goals

Essential Functions:

1. Carry out financial accounting of the 4 verticals / division, adhering to Accounting Standards and other Statutory Compliance's, implementation of internal control procedures, maintenance of proper and up-to date accounting records, finalization of accounts and co-ordination with internal / statutory auditors.

2. Carry out Financial reporting.

3. Provide Management reports .

- Monthly Financials with variance report on financial performance 3rd Business day of the following month

- Location wise Expenses & Profitability Report 10th Business day of the following month

- Cost Center Expenses Report 10th Business day of the following month

4. Carrying out financial forecasting / analysis. Annual/Monthly Cash Flow Projections and analyzing the variations with the actual s on a monthly basis in order to have effective control over the movements of funds of the company with an objective to ensure adequacy of funds to meet monthly business requirements. .

5. Ensuring smooth running of Accounts Payable & Receivable Functions.

6. Tax planning, liaisoning with income tax authorities in respect of tax matters of Calculation of Advance tax libility and ensuring payment of the same on or before the due date.

7. Overseeing the responsibilities of Accounts Support Team with constant supervision and continuous motivation.
