Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - ARC - CA

- He /She would be part of the Finance Team of ARC

- Responsible for taking care of Accounting, Banking, MIS and Taxation of the Company and the various Trusts managed by the Company, finalisation of Accounts, Compliance for Income tax and GST as well as Statutory and Internal Audits

- Candidate would be reporting to the CFO of the company and also have some juniors.

- Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with around 3-6 years experience in Accounts and Finance.

- He/ She should be preferably from BFSI industry and have a background about the functioning of a ARC.

- Candidate should be willing for very late sittings during year end for around 2 months.

- Basic knowledge of valuations and due diligence and deal documentation preferable

- Strong written and verbal skills
