Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate - CA

Business analysis, coordination for finalisation and consolidation, Balance sheet, Transaction structuring, Capital budgeting, Strategic role in analysis of new project viability, Corporate coordination & data support, Abex support & coordination for finalisation and consolidation, Balance sheet & Taxation planning for all real estate project.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To Plan, Execute and Coordinate activities related to F & A Function

- To Liaison with Banks and Institutions for funds

- To ensure timely availability of funds for the Project

- MIS/analysis of projects/business.

- To keep abreast of latest trends and developments in F & A, Taxation and also related to Real Estate Industry

- Compliance with Tax and other applicable laws

- To ensure account finalization, represent BU in statutory audits and address audit observations promptly, oversee periodic review of G/L (or triggered by FP&A) to ensure accounting integrity

- Interface with Corporate Secretarial in compliance matters. Ensure prompt notification of Secretarial events to the Corporate Secretarial.

- Interface with Corporate Tax team to ensure adherence to promised SLAs for DT & IDT compliance for own BU

- Ensure integrity and control and continuous improvement across F&A processes: ensure processes are executed in line with new operating model and support adoption of improvements in accounting and reporting system and process

- Ensure proper lending documents, Monitoring the covenants and ensure that the covenants are met. Ensure all relevant compliance like secretarial.

- Plan Annual reports, Taxation Impact and optimisation, Plan business & Funding transaction considering compliance and ensure necessary supporting

DESIRED PROFILE :

Education :

Experience / Areas of Specialization:

- C.A (completed)

- 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in F&A

- Experience in Real Estate industry preferred

- Experience in varied profile including Project finance, Financial reporting, Budget/MIS, Commercial coordination, Project evaluation, etc.
