Job Responsibilities:

SAP Management:

- Oversee the efficient utilization and management of SAP systems for financial processes.

- Ensure adherence to SAP protocols and guidelines across finance operations.

Financial Statement Analysis:

- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements.

- Conduct in-depth reviews to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Budgeting:

- Drive the budgeting process in collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Develop comprehensive budgets aligned with organizational goals and financial projections.

Management Information Systems (MIS):

- Establish and maintain robust MIS frameworks to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance and key metrics.

Plant Accounting:

- Oversee plant-level accounting activities, including cost allocation, inventory management, and depreciation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards in plant operations.

Team Handling:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of finance professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Extensive experience in SAP implementation and management.

- Proven track record in financial statement analysis and budgeting.

- Strong understanding of MIS principles and reporting techniques.

- Prior experience in plant accounting and manufacturing environments.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
