Mission: To work closely with Head of Finance department while monitoring day to day accounting, taxation, audit &amp; compliance related matters for the company's India operations Responsibility: - Monitor &amp; control day to day accounting done by accountants - Responsibility &amp; control over timely filing of all Direct / Indirect taxes returns. - Accounts finalization &amp; monthly closure of books of accounts with relevant MIS Reports. - Work closely with consultants for tax assessments Income tax / TP/ GST / Sales tax - Important participation in implementation &amp; execution of IFC system in India - Opportunity to contribute in all key projects by working closely with Head of Finance. - Update, develop and implement the changes in the areas of Tax / Audits / Accounting Standards / Corporate laws. - Key role in ERP &amp; Accounting system development &amp; implementation. - Heavy involvement in all types of audit finalizations Stat audit / TP / GST audit / Annual Group consolidations EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/ WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Chartered Accountant - 3 to 5 years post qualification experience (Manufacturing Industry preferred) - Potential for leadership &amp; management in future. - Experience of implementation of ERP / Accounting / IFC systems will be added advantage. LEVEL OF LANGUAGES - Fluency in English (Written &amp; Verbal) KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar analytical tools is a must - Strong knowledge of taxation &amp; accounting standards &amp; company law. - Accounts finalization &amp; experience in audit closures. EXPECTED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS - Ability to communicate with all internal as well as external stakeholders such as : Team members / Top Management / Other departments / Government authorities / Auditors SPECIFIC SKILLS (Behavioral) - Eagar to gain, implement &amp; transfer the knowledge. - Hunger to read &amp; update oneself about continues developments in professional field. - Solution oriented &amp; methodical approach.
