Position Title : Manager - Finance & Accounts

Position Level : Non-Executive

Position Grade : Production Staff/Middle Management

Division : CCF

Department : Finance & Accounts

Work Location : Tumkur. CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO TUMKUR.

Nature of Employment : Permanent

Reporting Supervisor : GM - Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities :

- Finalisation of Accounts & Scrutiny of ledger accounts

- Preparation of financial statement for Statutory Audit & German GAAP audit

- Work closely with Controlling Team, Sales Teams, Production teams and other functional groups to develop Processes & Controls in Accurate Reporting

- Handling fund management, banking Matters, Reporting etc.

- Payments to vendors (Both import & Domestic) and other Statutory Payments

- Direct Taxes, Transfer pricings and other Statutory Requirements

- Results oriented with the ability to work independently while following organisational goals

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Excellent Communication Skills and Good working knowledge of industry specific environment

- Support in various Statutory Audits, Management Audits and Internal Audits

Other Requirements :

- Age Minimum 35 yrs

- Education CA and also CS qualification

- Years of Experience More than 12 years experience in Manufacturing unit

- Skills & Competencies Proficient in oral & written communication. Independently draft written communication.

- Industrial Background Preference Medium OR Large Size / Manufacturing Industry. Preferably Production, Process, Quality, Customer Focus Driven Unit.

- Compensation As per company norms. However not limited to deserving candidates.

- Approximate CTC Range 10 to 12 LPA
