Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (CA Qualified Mandatory)

1. Ensure Daily closing of Books of Accounts in all respect.

2. Ensure Daily Fund position and Business Partner wise o/s report to Management.

3. Cash Flow - MIS to the management

4. Review of Books of Accounts and take corrective action for errors.

5. Review monthly GST & TDS data before filing of Return

6. Monthly closing of Books of Accounts in all respect and drafting of Financials.

7. Analysis of Financials and MIS of deviation from Budget and previous periods to the Management.

8. Development of LMS and Tally as per reporting requirement to Lenders and closing of Books of Accounts

9. Interaction with Auditors for closing of Audit and other requirements like DD Data/CA certificates required for different purposes.

10. Ensure Implementation of proper MIS formats in LMS and Accounting entries in tally for all the new projects.

11. Compliance of Direct Tax, Like Income Tax Return, Tax Audit Return, SFT, 15CA/CB etc.

12. Strengthening Internal Control

13. Implementing processes to ensure all the compliance of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax & Companies Act

14. Implementation of New Software.

15. MIS to Management as per their needs
