Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounting - CA - NBFC

Job requirement & Experience

Chartered Accountant with Post qualification experience of 3 to 5 years. Experience in Mutual Funds / AMCs / NBFCs / Private Equity Funds would be preferred.

Job Description:

1) Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements

2) Preparation of MIS on quarterly basis

3) Liasoning with statutory auditors for audit of financial statements

4) Assisting internal auditors with various data requirements

5) Preparation of fund and Trustee companies accounts and audit of the same

6) Processing of various finance function related payments and capitalization of fixed assets

7) Constant monitoring of various processes and strengthening of same on regular basis

8) Preparation of financial statements in accordance with financial policies,

Understanding of the fundamental accounting concepts with ability to apply them in a varied manner.

Knowledge of business process flow, accounting system, statutory compliance applicable for the company, reporting requirements of the clients.

Knowledge & understanding of corporate financial statements as well as ensuring adherence to the Accounting Standards
