Manager/Senior Manager - Finance

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager - Finance for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

JOB DETAILS:

Location : Gurgaon

Education : Chartered Accountant / MBA from premium institutes Only

CTC : As per the Norm

Exp : 8+ yrs, Experience of Financial Planning and General Accounting

Working Conditions : 12 noon -9 pm, Cab - Yes (Female Candts Only)

Nature of the Role : Individual Contributor

Non Hiring Zones : Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Nangloi, Karwal Nagar, Nazafgarh

The area of responsibility will include Financial planning and Corporate taxation

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducting yearly planning exercise & managing budget approvals and spends 15%

2. Management Reporting of Monthly financials as per US gaap 25%

3. Department Review & liasioning with various stakeholders for monthly financial performance 5%

4. Adhoc projects with respect to valuation of entities in Asia Pacific 15%

5. In-charge of corporate Direct Taxation and Transfer Pricing, including filing requisite regulatory compliances and closure of annual assessments.10%

6. Managing internal and external reporting for planning vertical 15%

7. Leading ROI and other analysis for new projects/assignments15%

Desired Skills

- Strong communication skill is necessary as the person will be required to work with senior management

- Good presentation skills

- Customer centricity is key

- Good change management Skills
