- To identify potential in the assigned geography.
- To expand and manage network of distributors.
- Negotiate contracts for sales and manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations, and customer/supplier relations.
- Actively upgrade customers into using more premium products.
- Manage sales across all product categories.
- Plan and manage overseas sales through distributors and other relevant sales outlets.
- Ensure that all customer orders are met through prompt deliveries, continuity in supply and maintenance of optimum lead time.
- Monitor overdues and outstandings and keep it to a minimum.
- Understand Customer requirements, purchasing power and provide products at the optimum buying rate through effective export pricing.
- Plan and implement export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.
5. Preferred Candidate:
- 5 years managing international business for Indian FMCG (preferably Personal Care).
- Must have distributor appointment & management experience in international markets
- Must have had TL & P&L accountability
- Preferred market experience in MENA, SAARC, Russia/CIS, SEA.
6. Sector: D2C or Retail brand in the Personal Care/Beauty/ Cosmetics preferred.
7. CTC: INR 25- 35 Lac (According to the Pedigree of the individual)
