JD:

Experience - Manager: Min 5 Years / SM: Min 8 Years in Expat Tax

- Consulting Background is a must

- Must have experience of Revenue Generation, Client Handling, and Team Management

- Assist in providing tax advice, which ensures optimum tax benefits for both the employer and employee.

- Assist in ensuring a smooth transition into India for incoming expatriates, which include entry meetings, services relating to local registrations, filing personal tax returns, requisite compliances relating to the assignment.

- Meetings with the employees, prior to deputation of employees to foreign locations and also post arrival, assistance in complying with the requisite tax and regulatory formalities Assist in other compliance services relating to setting up of liaison offices, preparation and filing of personal tax returns, visa, social security etc.

- Structuring the assignment and assignment policies for the employer from a tax and social security perspective

- Structuring tax efficient compensation packages, including structuring both domestic and cross border employee stock option plans

- Assisting in providing visa related advisory and compliance assistance to the employees

- Assisting the employer/employee with the social security compliances

- Other compliance services relating to setting up of liaison offices, calculation of Indian taxes, payroll calculations, preparation and filing of personal tax returns
