There are 3 positions, 1 each at Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai respectively with a reputed global technology client of SRP Talent Management.

We are seeking a creative, results-oriented, revenue driving individual to drive the adoption of the company's exciting new SAAS products in enterprises, either directly or through alliance partnerships. The desired candidate should be comfortable with technology products and be able to propose product fit for prospective clients and partners.

He/ she should understand the workings of enterprise sales cycle and should be able to quickly and decisively make strides to gain a foothold within large businesses. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in building profitable revenue streams by selling SAAS-based products (preferably newly launched) to BFSI, eCommerce, FMCG and retail verticals.

Job Description :

- Responsible for generating top line from enterprise sales.

- Manage sales process from lead generation to closure through cold calls and client visits to acquire new business in Enterprise sales segment.

- Target new clients for sales, business generation and work on new business acquisitions that includes commercial, legal and financial negotiations to signup new deals.

- Identify and develop prospective clients while analyzing their requirements and rendering technical guidance over the various aspects of the products & services offered by the company.

- Develop sales pitches, partnership presentations and conduct customer demonstrations to prospective clients. Build custom proposals to fit client's business needs.

- Track and evaluate client requirements and work with product management to ensure proper prioritization of roadmap. Coordinate with technical support team to close business and to streamline after-sales support and feedback.

- Responsible for monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure customer retention.

- Ensure timely and qualitative response of POC/ RFI/ RFPs for Opportunity Conversion.

- Establish healthy business relations to secure repeat business and long term customer loyalty.

- Provide regular updates on markets, competitors and business landscape.

- Work with product marketing team and ensure relevant messaging, collateral and channel mix.

Skills and Experience preference :

- Strong academic background in business management with

- 4 - 10 years of experience in handling enterprise sales in Hyderabad, Bangalore or Mumbai.

- Track record of consistent performance in new enterprise wins and key account management.

- Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly.

- Comfortable working in a high growth and results-driven environment.

- Highly self-motivated and driven, tenacious, competitive and target orientated.
