Manager / Sr Manager Engineering - Chemical Industry

- To demonstrate safety culture and safe engineering practices to ensure zero incidents/accidents

- To ensure uptime of the equipment in all the section more than 95%

- To ensure Overall Equipment Efficiency of Packing Machines more than 85%

- To understand the pain areas of operation team and implement permanent solutions for trouble-free operations

- To plan and execute Capexes maintaining the timelines and the budget

- To ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements

- To support other plant functions to deliver the targets

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) :-

- Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents

- Ensure uptime of equipment > 95% (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and Utility)

- Ensure OEE of equipment >85%

- Capex implementation within committed timeline, cost and quality

- Zero statutory non-compliance

- Adherence to budgeted operational cost

- Tracking, Monitoring and Minimizing Specific power consumption

- Capability building in the team

- Minimize waste generation

Candidate Education :

- BE Mechanical / Electrical or Instrumentation

- Able to manage a large team
