Manager/Senior Manager - Employee Relations

We are looking out for Manager / Sr. Manager - Employee Relations - MNC (Shifts 12-9PM/ 2-11PM)

The role involves -

1. Help to achieve a better performance from the workforce

2. Involvement consultation and gaining buy-in on important business decisions

3. Commitment understanding and committing to the objectives of the business as a whole

4. Engagement in a combination of both, also known as organisational citizenship.

The candidate must be comfortable for any or both of the mentioned shift timings (Cabs Available)

The candidate must have extensive exposure in Employee Relations specifically
