- Manager /Senior Manager Ecommerce Merchandising and Marketplaces

Skills & Experience Required The incumbent is required to have :

- 8-10 Years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of managing small teams
Strategy & Planning :
- Develop the Annual and monthly online strategy (business plan) and review, in coordination with HOD-Ecommerce
- Create and execute business plan for Croma's presence on various marketplaces
- Actively participating in the planning for all marketing campaigns and leading the planning as well as implementation of these for the online channels.
Delivering on enablers :
- Constant market scanning of competitive assortments & pricing to identify gaps, threat's and opportunities for Croma and taking corrective actions in conjunction with buying, marketing and operations teams
- Continuous focus and actions towards increasing the range of products appearing on the website
- Designing the offers and promotions (in coordination with the buyers) for the online channel
- Conceptualizing various campaigns on croma.com
- Co-ordinating with Buying teams and directly with Brands to ensure timely availability of rich product content
- Creation and monitoring of SOPs for all merchandising and market places related activities
- Managing the process for all inventory returns and their liquidation in line with defined SOPs.
Managing Market Places and Affiliates :
- Identifying, evaluating and negotiating with market places and affiliates to ensure steady sources of productive traffic as well as sales
- Process onboarding of market places and affiliates in line with standard processes to ensure smooth go-live
- Working closely with marketplaces to create and execute campaigns for Croma on the marketplaces
- Monitoring the performance of market places and affiliates and ensuring corrective actions
Ensuring administrative hygiene :
- Maintaining (in systems) appropriate ranging and safety stock levels for the online channels
- Monitoring sales and inventory levels to minimise lost opportunities & incorrect sales
- Providing merchandising support in ensuring replacement products / alternative sourcing of short-stock products for customers
- Ensuring all the promotions which are live on store are live on website to create the Omni Experience to the customer
Delivering on Results :
- Category management for online channels (croma.com and marketplaces) to achieve the sales and margin targets
- Coach and mentor new members of the team so they are effective team members and understand their work function and responsibilities
