Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager (Due Diligence Team)

Experience : 4- 6 Year (Post Qualification experience)

Qualification : CA

Location : Dadar, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibility :

- Experience in conducting due diligence (at least 50+DD till date conducted).

- Experience of doing due diligence in financial services sector.

- Experience in handling a team.

- Experience in handling statutory audit profile.

- Undertaking financial & legal due diligence for investee companies.

- Research & analysis of competitive strategies & financial projections.

Skills :

- Should be good in communication skills- Oral and written.

- Proficient in Word, Excel and power point.

- Take appropriate actions without being asked.
