- Sound knowledge of markets and various financial products with ability to present product briefing to Retail Bank counters.
- Handle sales through Banking and Wealth channels by regular engagement with the concerned stakeholders in the location.
- Increasing market share and broad basing the business in the assigned markets by identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with the respective RM/BM of the bank branch in the location handled.
- High customer orientation with good communication & influencing skill to interact with RMs / Cluster Heads of WM counters and other stakeholders.
- Actively working towards implementing processes and ideas for increasing the volumes of channel partners handled.
- Regularly keep updated on various functional initiatives.
