Job Description :
- To lead the process of customer acquisition and building market share thru aggressively targeting new customers in DSAs/Corporate/MDUs/New Builds Sales.
- Guiding the Direct Sales /Corporate Sales/MDU sales team in the execution of their sales plans in the respective cities to achieve desired numbers and market share
- Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted numbers and revenue nationally
- Ensure flow of knowledge, skills and training to the Regional Direct Sales/Institutional/ Corporate sales teams to ensure output as per targets.
- Build and develop team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels
- Supervise MIS generation and analysis on a periodic basis and provide feedback on best practices to Chief Sales Officer
- Assess training requirements on an ongoing basis. Coordinate with training content and local sales teams to implement training.
- Provide regular assessments, devise and implement strategies to upgrade sales competence and develop, coach, mentor the sales team members.
