Brief of Role: Digitalization & Product Incubation Manager

This role involves developing new retail loan products, process automation and technology anchoring of new consumer focused loan products

The candidate is responsible for the following activities:

- Identify opportunities for new products in consumer lending space

- Developing business models and supporting execution and launch of such products

- Partnering with internal as well as external stakeholders for new product incubation

- Digitalization of key processes for technology enablement and customer experience

- Driving CFTs for automation
