Opening with Leading AMC.  Job Title: Digital Product Manager  Department/Function: Digital Product Marketing  Grade: Manager / Sr. Manager  Location: Mumbai (BKC)  Role definition:  1. Be the IFAs- (and other distributors- ) digital representative within the organisation and champion their digital needs  - Keeps himself abreast of various IFA journeys spanning digital onboarding of customers to transaction enablers, in order to make their journeys more convenient by leveraging technology  - Runs programs to utilise ground level workforce across India in order to collect innovation ideas as well as feedback on the current features available on our digital properties  - Owns the user experience offered by our digital properties to IFAs and constantly strives to improve it  2. Drive the development of fixes, enhancements as well as innovations that are pertaining to Distributors across both web properties and Apps  - Prepares a detailed Business Scope document for each requirement by gaining an in-depth understanding while factoring in the operational, IT, compliance and risk aspects involved  - Spearheads the development lifecycle for each requirement by co-ordinating with in-house teams as well as external vendors  - Organises and prioritises enhancements as well as innovations, based on an in-depth understanding of the expected business impact of each requirement  3. Actively track competition across all digital properties and keep up to date with the latest technological trends  - Constantly tracks our biggest competitors and creates a competition heat map to track their products and activities in the digital space.   - Presents reports and dashboards over competitors on a regular basis  - Keeps abreast of the latest technological trends in the industry and introduces technological trends across other industries into our Digital properties  4. Launches at least 3 major innovations for IFAs in a year  - Work on all digital properties of the AMC - Website, Distribution app, Investor app and other digital interfaces.  - Strive for the best UX across the industry in line with ICICI Pru MFs brand leadership in the AMC space.  - Create and enhance the transaction efficiencies to make ICICI MF the most preferred brand due to the digital ease.  - Drive digital adoption through innovative features and effective communication to existing offline users.  - Integrate digital products with call centre / field sales to have a continuity of experience, Launch new - digital only- products and initiatives to create a sustainable line of business for DIY customers.  - Manage partner relationships and drive the delivery of key integrations (API based / web-services led) towards an integrated partnership model.  - Analytics and customer feedback based strategic approach to drive the right consumer/investment behaviour through high engagement rates on the digital platform   General Qualities required:   1.
