Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Product Management - Life Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Own the product vision and clearly articulating the strategy into well-defined product roadmap
- Manage all the aspects of product lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualisation, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, underwriting, rollout and enhancements
- Work closely with the design and engineering team for product deployment and marketing and business teams to drive product adoption
- Undertake Customer Immersions & Journey Mapping across offline & online touchpoints to create best-in-class buying process, driving engagement via statistics and insights
- Extensively use data analytics for setting up A/B tests, experiments etc and facilitate data-driven decision making
- Ensure discoverability of website to aid SEO growth & Optimize for higher conversions
- Maintain constant external links (benchmarks, competitors, consultants, consumer-facing) to ensure strategy implementation remains relevant to drive the growth strategy
- Set up the product lifecycle process to deliver best-in-class user exprience (agile practices, automated user testing, design sprints etc)
- Use marketing automation tools to meaningfully engage with the customer across the policy lifecycle, with persuasive intercepts
- Build capabilities to ensure the brand stays 'relevant' - chatbots, whatsapp, voice, speech to text, live chat, vernacular etc
- Disciplined experimentation with new models & platforms for higher business benefits
Qualification and Skills
- 3-5 years- experience in a Product Owner role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment that runs in an agile manner -
- Preferred work experience in Ecom., Fintech and/or financial product companies on products - website, conversational interface products, marketing automation tools etc
- Understands technology and aware of the new technology trends
- Hands- on experience with all the stages of the product lifecycle with an ability to take tough decisions on critical product features
- Adept at using Google Analytics, CRM systems, MS Office, design tools etc
