Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Product Development - Health Insurance

We have one very urgent position in one of the LEADING BFSI BRAND

POSITION - Digital Product development ( Mgr / Sr. Mgr )

LOCATION - Mumbai

OFFERED CTC - 12lac to 20Lac; depending upon education background, interview status.

Role requirements are as given below:

- Has experience building scope and requirements for digital platforms

- Experience is digital product management is a must

- Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements

- Have experience working with design team to guide design of simple and intuitive user interfaces and experience

- Considering the product lifecycle - own, prioritize and execute the product roadmap

- Supporting the technical team during build-out of the product

- Brief the QA team and self-QC the finished product knowing the initial product requirements

- Can clearly communicate and coordinate across teams - Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, etc.

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product across digital channels

Prefer ones who

- Relevant years of experience in a product management or equivalent role at internet or software companies / BFSI .

- Insurance experience is great to have

- Passion for technology and the internet with a strong awareness of emerging web and mobile trends

- Demonstrate strong business acumen along with teamwork, creativity and interpersonal skills

- Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences by researching and staying abreast of new and innovative solutions and capabilities; key competitor actions; industry trends and emerging customer and market needs

- Have experience in or understanding of Agile/Scrum development

- Have worked on product management tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket. Balsamiq etc.

- Understand the major app ecosystems with an understanding of existing apps and technologies that can be leveraged

Nice to have

- Understanding of Google Analytics and marketing automation systems

- Digital Marketing and SEO experience

- Content Planning and Strategy
