Reporting to : The senior manager will report to the associate vice president

Job Overview :

- The incumbent will work on securities mobile application and will be responsible for day to day management and development of the mobile app

- Enhancing customer experience and driving app usage will be the key performance matrix

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Work on the day to day app monitoring, development, and enhancement

- Analyze the current customer behavior and app usage and work on improving the user flow

- Monitor customer feedback and actively work on preparing a plan of action to resolve the same

- Use of various analytics tool to define and improve the customer journey

- Vendor management and coordination with internal tech teams to work on customer issue and sprint planning and management

Qualifications & Experience :

- MBA with a technology background will be preferred

- 5 + years of relevant experience in app development and broking domain knowledge

- Experience on working on analytics tools and product management role
