Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Manage the online messaging and communications across web, device, email marketing, and social media including but not limiting to Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest etc.
2. Manage SEO and SEM campaigns, including target keywords, copy, and landing pages, generating on-page and off-page recommendations, implementing SEO changes, grow authority through link building and social media.
3. Manage social media channels and ensure business ROI through these platforms and channels
4. Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities as it relates to signups, leads, and overall marketing ROI.
5. Manage the website development and management for all business verticals. Adept with Google analytics and reporting of key metrics.
6. Proactively communicate findings from online marketing efforts and provide recommendations to leverage these findings.
GENERIC SKILLS
1. Excellent interpersonal communications skills : Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and to translate business needs into technical execution for marketing campaigns.
2. Must know data crunching, data analysis & insight finding. Highly skilled in Excel/Cccess and various associated functionalities (vlook up, pivot etc)
3. Leads and directs the work of other teams. A wide degree of creativity & analytical skills is required.
4. Stay current on industry best practices.
5. Competition scanning to understand features that give them an edge
6. Superior strategic planning, critical thinking, creative and writing skills.
7. Superb oral and written communication, interviewing, researching and presentation skills.
