Experience : 10+ years of experience in Marketing preferably from a Multinational company
Education : MBA specialized in Marketing or Digital marketing
Required Skills (Kindly Highlight in Profile) :
Job Purpose :
- To develop and implement a marketing strategy for the region including the Indian subsidiary
- To work closely with the global Marketing Team and implement the Corporate Look & Feel, create a strong consistent branding and PR strategy & drive global campaigns throughout the region.
- Marketing automation and analytics
- Content Management e.g. Typo 3
- Working in CRM
- Manage & coordinate the PIM implementation (project management)
- Analysis and thorough understanding of the current trend in the market thereby helping in market penetration.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Implement a digital strategy (from content creation, engagement, SEO, SEA, Analytics)
- Implement a strong social media presence in the region
- Organising and support trade shows for the region and other innovative campaigns (e.g. road shows)
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills
- Must have team leading experience
- German Language added advantage
