- Meeting targets of generating Marketing Qualified Leads from advertising across channels. Achieving Maximum ROI by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights.
- Track report and analyze PPC campaigns, optimize landing pages, track competitor activity
- Facebook ads - Structuring campaigns according to relevant targeting metrics
- Other channels - Conceptualising and implementing lead generation tactics for other emerging and relevant digital channels based on target audience segmentation.
- Content marketing - Developing the content marketing strategy for the brand and driving implementation across channels to generate and nurture qualified leads and drive them towards conversion
- An in depth understanding of effective SEO tactics to be able to conduct on-site and off-site analysis / Conduct keyword research and stay up to date with the latest keyword research strategies
- Conversion Optimization - responsible for conversion rate optimization across chosen channels
- Increase the marketing funnel efficiencies.
- Increase qualified marketing leads and conversion rates for the sales team.
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports across relevant channels.
- Developing monthly lead generation media plans and Optimise spends to deliver consistently improving ROI
- Support brand experience/events promotion to drive positioning and build brand awareness
Skills Required:
- MBA from a premier institute
- Work experience - 5 - 8 years in Digital Marketing - preferably in a start-up
- Live, breathe and work Digital - should be a team player and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to analyze and quantify business metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external resoures for maximum results
