You would be responsible for Digital advertising sales efforts. This will include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing strategies to drive ad sales revenue both through client and partnerships with the client's agency.

- Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, including evaluating the potential value of each partnership for the agency.

- Negotiating and closing partnerships with clients and industry partners.

- Managing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, including managing contract renewals and upsell opportunities.

- Developing and presenting proposals to potential partners.

- Providing guidance and support to the ad sales team on partnership-related matters.

- Tracking and reporting on the performance of partnerships, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

- Keeping up to date with industry trends and staying informed about new advertising technologies.

- Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the ad sales team operates efficiently.

- Signing up volume deals with large clients and agencies

- To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

- They should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. In addition, they should have a deep understanding of the advertising industry, including the latest trends and best practices.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a focus on video

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and growing a team

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong relationships with agencies and brands

- Experience selling short form video content is a plus
