We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager - Digital Ad sales for a diversified media company based in Bengaluru /Noida / Mumbai.

Exp : Manager - 5 yrs to 8 yrs, Online / media/ print sales exp required. SM - 7 yrs to 12 yrs, Digital Sales exp Mandate. Knowledge of Digital ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Timings : Regular, 5 days a week
CONTEXT
Reporting to the Head Digital Sales, this position is expected to handle assigned client's of the region, selling online inventory. He/she will be expected to drive the Digital sales for assigned accounts, to achieve the sales target effectively utilizing the available inventory across available digital platforms.
Deliverables
- Achievement of assigned targets within the specified time frame & yield improvements over last year
- New Business Development
- Key client management - Conceptualization & execution of out-of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with the Regional Head & National Head of Digital Sales & Marketing
- Own & develop senior level client relationships to penetrate target accounts and develop new business.
- Ensure Digital advertising campaigns are executed using our Product Solutions on time and to the client's requirements.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the advertising journey from customer base management, to inventory management to the execution of the campaigns.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent contacts in digital agencies and Corporate.
- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
- Leverages relationships & is a capable networker.
- Should be both a category & a brand builder.
- Analytical yet creative bent of mind
- Ability to construct win-win deals for client/company
- Understanding of Data and Analytics will be an added advantage
- Ability to effectively operate in dynamic organization & fast paced environment.
- Introduction of systems for effective negotiations and continuous evaluation of Media Investments.
