Synopsis :

Manager Litigation :

- Requires a bachelor's/master's degree in law and at least 12+ years experience in the field of Litigation.

- Looking after the litigation matters of FMCG industries

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

- Plant exposure

- Briefing to councils

- Should have good networks with council and well versed with local languages

Sr. Manager / DGM Litigation :

- Requires a bachelor's/master's degree in law and at least 15+ years experience in the field of Litigation.

- Looking after the legal matters of FMCG industries

- 2nd in line to the head of legal, and managing the overall legal functions including Contracts, IPR, Compliances (plant compliance) in his absence.

- Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal department.

- Act as a Legal advisor to the leadership team

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

- Create professional liaisons and connects with the Legal fraternity and other governing bodies within the industry

- Responsible for keeping the Legal infrastructure in line with the latest trends, governance and policies
