JD - Fleet cum Operations Manager / SR Manager / DGM

Responsible for company own vehicles operations, utilization, maintenance, and revenue generations at reasonable margin, by deploying they rightfully.

Ensuring operating efficiency and utilization of company own vehicles to the extent of 90% minimum.

Ensuring and establishing controls to check and monitor productivity level and right mileage for all company vehicles

Achievement of customers SLA and KPI in business managed through company own vehicles.

Deployment of driver engagement program to ensure continuity, consistency and certainty in own fleet operations.

Monitoring Revenue and cost of operations through daily, weekly and monthly MIS, for company own vehicles

Ensuring deployment of right checks and balance, for adherence of Safety norms and Compliance parameters.

Timely maintenance of all company own vehicles, to ensure high productivity and utilizations of vehicles

Compliance in regards to statutory regulations for Drivers and staff deployed in own vehicle operations

Develop / recommend method, reports, tools, right process and establish controls, to make operations system driven, and not person dependent.

Resolution of issues on operating front w.r.t. client contract and internal working, gaps, if any.

100 % adherence to HSSEQ norms as prescribed by customer in respective operations

Collaboration with all support functions, customers, vendors and team members to get desired results, through team work.

Able to strategies on additional fleet deployment plan w.r.to future demands and business projections, and provide risk assessment.

Sound technical knowledge on vehicle specification, body building ( Containers / tanks ), able to liaison on technical aspects with Vehicles Suppliers, Garage and customers.

Able to provide creative and innovative solutions to overcome operational bottlenecks and improvise service offering, based on past historical data.

Should conduct Reviews to decide improvement actions with locations heads, Operating teams, vendors and service provide, and provide overall improvement path.

Identify, Develop and Deploy tools like TMS, Track & Trace and Business Intelligence tools to make data available for analysis and decision making.
