JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Manager / Sr Manager - Decision Science

Location: Bangalore / Noida / Gurgaon

Experience required : Minimum of 5 6 years of relevant experience in analytics. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing analytics would be preferred

Qualification required: BE/BTech, MTech MBA, Postgraduate in Statistics, Economics, Operation Research from Tier 1 colleges

Job Responsibilities :

- Proficient in advanced analytics and solve business problems leveraging data and tools

- Ability to work on prescriptive, descriptive and predictive models using well known ML techniques

- Can work across variety of projects from advanced analytics, adhoc analysis and reporting

- Strong in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations

- Lead engagements end to end from data analysis to final presentation, assign tasks to team members, daily task management

- Responsible for building analysis plan, executing and coordinating with various stakeholder to execute project on time

- Ability to manage projects in system, reflect health of projects and plan manhours for upcoming months, timely flag risks and keep all stakeholders informed

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Team management responsibility for 4-5 folks, responsible for career development

- Articulate in communication written or verbal and able to convey ideas and information clearly to client or client facing teams

- Willingness to learn and innovate

- Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing analytics would be preferred
