Manager/Senior Manager - Debt Syndication - NBFC

Looking urgently for a leading NBFC for the Role of Manager or Senior Manager for Mumbai Location.

Debt Syndication.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Spreadsheet modeling with applied knowledge of associated analytical tools, proficiency in presentation and word processing software packages.

- Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Basic knowledge of core sectors (Energy, Roads, Ports, Telecom, Construction, Urban Infrastructure) and related industry/ policy developments.

- Understanding of techno-commercial and legal contracts, banking norms and regulatory systems

Educational Qualification :

MBA /CA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with special emphasis on finance, accounting and preferably related law aspects

Must have Skills:

- Syndication and Sell down Exposure

- Excellent in Financial modelling

- Relationship Management
