Manager/Senior Manager - Debt Advisory - BFSI

- Preparation of IM/Project Report, preparation and analysis of Financial Model and preparation of Banking/Financial institutions collaterals (note and query replies).

- Liasioning with clients for business and financial understanding and with Banks/FIs for placement of transaction.

- Hands on experience in preparation of IM/Presentation/Project report, Financial model, Banking collaterals and liasioning with Banks/FIs/Clients.

- Well versed with financial accounting (PL, BS and Cash flow), excel, word and PPT. Ability to interpret and analyse the financial statements and attention to detail.
