Key Job responsibilities :-

1. Undertake business sign-off and Financial Sign-off (jointly with Regional Finance) with the dealers

2. Capture, acknowledge, assign, track and follow-up for closure of dealer issues.

3. Provide open dealer issues to Zonal Business Head and Dealer Strategy HQ as input to DOMG forum. Occasionally participate where required.

4. Single point of escalation for Dealers on all operational issues.

5. Convening and organizing the Dealer Satisfaction Agenda in the RGM to resolve Dealer issues across verticals in the Zone.

6. Support Dealer Strategy Team in Dealer Satisfaction related initiatives such as surveys, action planning, follow-up and reporting of action plans.

7. Analyze Dealer issues and drive for preventive actions/ systemic corrections.

8. Support Dealer Strategy team in dealer recruitment as defined in Dealer Recruitment process.
