Job Description :
- To evaluate & drive the overall business & profitability for the channel partners.
- To study dealer business model and impact of various enablers on the model.
- To liase closely with dealers to work out financial decisions to improve dealer profitability.
- In depth study of dealer's financial statements, profitability through Dealer Business Profitability Model evolved by Annual Reports and provide an analytical report consisting of gaps / areas of improvements.
- Identify the gaps and use persuasive skills to come to a consensus on correct picture of performance and profitability despite approximations.
- Interacting with personnel, dealers to understand the automotive business environment and identify the enablers which will help dealers enhance their business performance and profitability.
- Monitoring action plans for improvement along with state heads.
- Industry Benchmarking/Competition Analysis/Best practices
- Areas of Improvements where dealer capability needs to be enhanced; Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to gather available internal data to compare / address and deliver on such parameters
- Evaluate the Dealer's financial and non-financial KPI's. Provide suggestions / feedbacks based on the findings of the analysis in the interest of the organization and the dealers business
