Scope of work
The overall scope of work requires working closely with Senior Director Customer Development on tasks related to four broad areas
- Key Account Management Implementation
- Project Management for Brands
- Customer Reporting and other Customer Communication
- New Business and Grants work
Detailed description
- Assist in the implementation of the Key Account Management Strategy
- Create workflows and plans for structured KAM
- Ensure follow-ups for deadline deliverable
- Assist with background work and research for communication
- Coordinate program activities for selected clients
- Assists with projects as needed, including presentation decks, yearly budgeting, invoice processing and budget tracking
- Coordinate a variety of specialized communication/reporting responsibilities
- Engage in the development and execution of customer programs.
- Maintain an interface with Customers to ensure contract compliance
- Develop proposal content, presentation content, and Request for Proposal responses, presentations, and other interactive marketing and pitch materials and programs for new business development pursuits.
- Any other duties as assigned
Experience: between 8 to 12 years
Educational Qualifications
Graduate with textile or cotton industry is preferred

Location: Gurgaon (currently WFH on most days but regular work from office will start soon)
