- Strategizing the entire launch along with drafting actionable with suitable timelines and support from technology.
- Ensuring proper coordination with all the support departments and vendors.
P&L Ownership :
- Analyzing the costs and revenues and taking complete business ownership of a micro-market.
- Generating insights for expanding business opportunities in the market.
- Engage in constant communication with all the stakeholders to identify and solve problems, to find out the best practices and to constantly strengthen the growth process.
- Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction, quality control.
Business Development :
- Planning the lead generation strategies across B2B and B2C sales.
- Monitoring growth and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
- Lead by example to generate business for the company.
Application Requirements :
- Post graduate from Tier 1 institutes
- Work experience of at least 4-5 years. Start-up experience would be a plus.
- Should be comfortable with travel and setting up business from scratch.
