Manager/Senior Manager - CSR - Housing Finance/NBFC

Urgently hiring Manager/Senior Manager [Female candidates] - CSR for Housing Finance [NBFC] in Delhi/NCR.

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

1. At least 5 to 7 years' experience in project management of CSR projects or development projects. Good understanding of CSR compliances and reporting.

2. Stakeholder management and strong network with the NGOs, social enterprises, and government bodies.

3. Proposal drafting and evaluation. Including experience in budgeting, funds utilization reporting and verification.

4. Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation, Site visits, community engagement.

5. Communication internal and external, including handling social media, developing case stories, contents, newsletters, articles, reports, presentations etc.

- Candidate has to be really good communication, PPT, CSR strategy and comes with rich experience in managing and delivering the CSR Projects.

- MBA or related degree with reputed college.

- CCSR degree, Certification would have added advantage.

- Candidate should have stable profile and should have the learning agility.

- Preferred if from Bank/NBFC but other industry and consulting background will do.
