Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB

We have been retained by a leading Ed-Tech sector organization based in Hyderabad. The Organization is looking to hire young talented professionals for international expansion and overall strategic inputs

The KRA's would be :

- Managing new initiatives and strategy management in the core team.

- Stakeholder management across the group.

- Leading new businesses, B2B initiatives, operations across the group.

- Set up the growth path of next 1-3 yrs.

- Domestic & international expansions esp. in America, Europe etc.

The desirable would be:

- MBA & B.Tech from Tier 1 Universities and Institutions (IIT, NIT, IIM, ISB etc).

- Min 2-3 yrs. of experience post MBA in new initiatives and strategy development.

- Preference would be from Management Consulting background like BCG/Bain/ McKinsey/Deloitte etc.

- Should have entrepreneurial approach.
