Designation: Manager/ Sr. Manager - CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Experience: 9 -13 years

Position: Based in Chennai

Position title: Communications lead working as part of Outreach PMO team. Outreach is the company's employee volunteering program

Job Description:

- Lead online and offline communications and branding campaigns on behalf of Outreach

- Has an inherent passion towards social responsibility/social service

- Work with external media agencies to position our program

- Create strategies for marketing an event in-house

- Work with team to develop content (text, audio, video) pertaining to various programs

- Develop a social media strategy for Outreach

- Good communication skills and ability to work across team(s)

- Self-driven and motivated

- Lead a team of 2-3 creative designers, 2-3 content writers/social media professionals and 3-4 interns
