Designation : MANAGER /Sr Manager - Business Development
Location : Delhi or Gurgaon
Looking for candidates between 27-35 years old. Male or Female.
Target Customer Segment : Large/Midsized Organizations, Sports Academies( Both Private and Government), PSU's, Institutions etc.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- MUST be keen on working in the sports industry.
- Atleast 4 - 8 years experience in Corporate and Institutional sales.
- Primary responsibility would be sourcing new business and managing existing relationships.
- Will also have to support operations as and when required.
- Designation would be Manager/Senior Manager - depending on profile.
Key Essentials :
- Should be willing to travel as and when required.
- Flair for sales.
- Self Starter who can work with minimum intervention.
- Passion for Sports.
Must : Only Corporate/B2B sales experience.
Preferable : Experience in Sports Management or Wellness organizations(Eg, Kooh sports, GoSportz, GetActive, Goqi, Healthify Me, Trueworth, Innerhour, Boltt, )
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION :
Education : MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Operations management
PC Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Skills : Customer Centricity, Excellent communication, multitasking abilities.
