- Handling the responsibility of B2B Sales to the corporate (across all sectors).
- Handling the existing clients and evaluating sales opportunities for new clients.
- Ensuring regional sales target and KPI targets are achieved.
- Develop the alternate channels to penetrate the Business market through insurance brokers.
- Designing and implementing highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Providing daily report of field sales success and maintaining database of corporate clients and competitors.
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 1+ years- of direct selling or B2B sales experience in the insurance sector.
- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
